5 Pounds Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    13 oz. can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 c. chopped nuts
    3 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    In large heavy pan, combine sugar, milk, butter and vanilla; bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly for exactly 11 minutes.
    Turn burner off, add marshmallows, nuts and chocolate chips.
    Beat until marshmallows and chocolate chips are dissolved and mixture is smooth.
