Broccoli Jennifer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli, frozen, thawed, drained
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
18 Ritz crackers, crushed
butter
Preparation

Generously butter 1-quart casserole.
Combine broccoli, soup, mayonnaise, cheese, onion and egg.
Blend well. Turn into prepared dish.
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and heated throughout about 35 minutes.
