Peppy Clam Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    1/2 c. crushed round crackers (12)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 oz.) can whole baby clams
Preparation
    In medium skillet, cook onion, celery and green pepper in 4 tablespoons butter until tender but not brown.
    Stir in flour, cheese and seasonings.
    Add 1/4 cup cracker crumbs; mix well. Stir in undrained clams; cook until mixture thickens.
    Divide among 4 large baking shells.
    Combine the rest of the crumbs and butter; sprinkle on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
