Turkey Meatballs(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices whole wheat bread
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    2 egg whites
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. apricot preserves
    1 to 2 tsp. steak sauce
    1/2 c. 1% milk
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Tear bread; mix with milk.
    Add turkey, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic and pepper; toss to combine.
    Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
    Place on broiler rack.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
