Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Grate the zucchini. Beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla and oil. Set aside.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add to egg mixture. Add zucchini. Fold in nuts. Bake in greased and floured loaf or tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Makes 2 medium loaves.
