Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 fillets orange roughy
    1/2 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash
    1/4 c. sliced almonds
    1 lemon
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Center tin foil 2 times size of pan.
    Lay half the butter on foil.
    Arrange fillets in a single layer on top of butter and place remaining butter on top of fillets.
    Add Mrs. Dash, juice of half a lemon, bread crumbs and almonds.
    Close foil to the top and fold over.
    Bake 25 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until fish is tender and flaky.
    Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes with foil open and brown bread crumbs slightly.
