Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. oil or melted shortening
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and make well in center. Add all other ingredients.
    Stir well until moistened.
    Bake in two large well-greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
