Mushroom Chicken(K'Ou Mo Chi Ting) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. uncooked chicken meat, cut in 1-inch squares
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 (3 oz.) cans mushrooms
2 c. soup stock
Preparation

Dredge uncooked chicken meat (cut in 1-inch squares) with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch.
Put mushrooms in a saucepan over low heat.
When it boils, add the dredged chicken. Gradually add the soup stock and cook until chicken is tender. Serve hot with rice.
Serves 6.
