Chocolate Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafers
6 Tbsp. melted butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
chocolate shavings
Preparation

Crush wafers; mix with melted butter using fork.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch spring-form pan, leaving a 1-inch space at top.
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Add melted chocolate chips.
Add eggs 1 at a time.
Add sour cream; mix until smooth.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool on rack.
After cooling, garnish with chocolate shavings.
