Quick Veggie Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (46 oz.) can V-8
    1 lb. lean ground beef
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cook ground beef in a nonstick skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble; drain.
    Stir meat into vegetable mixture; reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
