Mexican Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (large) burrito shells
    2 chopped green onions
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. cheese, shredded (Mexican works best)
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    jalapenos or chilies to taste
    1 small (2 oz.) can black chopped olives (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together by hand or with mixer.
    Fill burrito shells; roll.
    Do not fold ends inside.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap.
    Refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
    Cut into 1/2-inch sections and serve.
