Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (or more) fajita size flour tortillas, broken into pieces
    1 whole chicken, cooked, deboned and shredded
    12 oz. sour cream
    2 cans green enchilada sauce
    8 oz. (or more) Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then pour into 1 large or 2 small casserole dishes. Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. Remove foil. Add more cheese on top and melt.
