Tangy Ground Beef Patties And Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 shallot, chopped or 2 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/8 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    1/4 c. salad oil
    4 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Shape ground beef into 4 plump, round patties.
    Place in a shallow baking dish.
    In a small bowl, mix wine, shallot, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, sugar, thyme and pepper. Gradually beat in oil.
    Pour over beef patties.
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
