Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. hot green peppers, chopped or blended
3/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped or blended
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle or 2 envelopes liquid fruit pectin
green food coloring
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to boil; boil hard for 1 minute.
Remove from heat; add liquid fruit pectin. Add a few drops green food coloring.
Put in small jars as it has a tendency to sugar when left open or unsealed for a long time. Serve with crackers and cream cheese.
