Blackberry And Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. fresh blackberries or 5 c. frozen blackberries, thawed and drained
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. whipping cream (optional)
Preparation

Place berries in pie shell.
Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine sour cream, brown sugar and flour in bowl; mix well.
Pour over berries.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer, or until filling is set and crust is brown.
Serve with whipped cream.
