Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    16 oz. dry roasted peanuts
    8 bananas
Preparation
    Beat together eggs and vinegar well.
    Add sugar, butter and vanilla.
    Cook in microwave until thick; stir occasionally.
    Cut bananas in quarters.
    Dip in dressing, then into ground peanuts.
