Garlic Fries - cooking recipe

1 envelope Lipton dry soup mix (your choice flavor)
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. bread crumbs
2 lb. potatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. In a large bowl, mix soup mix with melted butter. Dip potatoes in soup mixture then bread crumbs. Spray long pan with Pam. Arrange potatoes in a single layer. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
