Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/8 c. pine nuts or English walnuts
1/4 c. olive oil (extra virgin)
1 c. fresh basil
grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, sieved or chopped fine (optional)
Preparation

Chop nuts fine in blender or food processor.
Remove to a bowl.
Chop basil and add to nuts, blending in garlic, oil and grated cheese.
