Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
    2 1/2 to 3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Oven: 375\u00b0.
    Let butter come to room temperature.
    Cream with shortening, sugars and peanut butter.
    Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt and soda.
    Mix well.
    Fold in chocolate chips. Refrigerate dough at least 2 hours before baking.
    Place heaping tablespoon on cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
