Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. favorite ice cream
    1 box favorite cake mix
    1 carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bake cake according to directions, using a little less water. Bake in bread pan.
    Cool.
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    Cut ice cream block same way, 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick.
