Spanish Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck or beef
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
    1 c. water
    1 can chili hot beans
    6 saltine crackers
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Add cracker crumbs, catsup and 57 sauce to ground beef.
    Add 1 cup water, chili mix, seasonings and beans.
    Simmer for 35 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
