Chinese Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. shredded Chinese cabbage (celery cabbage, 1 lb.)
    1 c. grated fresh coconut and/or 1 c. diced pineapple
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts or almonds
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. French dressing or mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, tossing to mix well.
    Serves 4 to 5 people.
