Macaroni Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 pkg. acini de pepe macaroni (Ronzoni, #44, 16 oz.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    7/8 c. pineapple juice
    shake of salt
    1 large can mandarin oranges
    1/2 large can crushed pineapple
    1/2 large can chunk pineapple
Preparation
    Combine macaroni, sauce and fruit and let stand overnight. (Mix well.)
    Next day, add 1 large container Cool Whip and mix well.
