Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            8 potatoes, peeled and sliced or 4 cans sliced potatoes
 
1 lb. American cheese, sliced
1 (3 oz.) jar Hormel real bacon bits
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Mix ingredients together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
