Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 qt. sliced peaches
Preparation
    Melt margarine in oblong casserole dish.
    Make batter by mixing together the flour, sugar and milk.
    Pour this batter over melted margarine.
    Top with peaches that have been sweetened and almond extract has been added to.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes. The batter will rise to the top and peaches will go to the bottom.
