Butter Baked Carrot Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Pare carrots; cut in 3-inch long sticks.
    Place in shallow 6-cup baking dish.
    Sprinkle with seasonings.
    Dot with butter. Cover.
    Bake at 400 \u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender.
