Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1 Tbsp. salt
2 1/2 c. hot water
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. honey or brown sugar
3 Tbsp. soft butter
cooking oil
Preparation

Combine 2 cups flour, undissolved yeast, honey and salt in large bowl.
Stir until blended.
Add butter and water.
Beat 2 minutes, then add 1 1/2 cups more flour; beat until thick and elastic.
Stir in whole wheat flour.
Gradually stir in enough flour to make soft dough.
