Caramel Cake Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 to 2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt butter and brown sugar; cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Stir constantly.
Add milk and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
Cool and add confectioners sugar until right consistency to spread.
