Mints - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    few drops oil of peppermint
    desired food coloring
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients thoroughly.
    Be sure it is of right consistency.
    Press in mint molds.
    Turn out onto waxed paper to dry.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer.
