Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    1 onion (optional)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. plain Doritos
    1/4 c. broth from chicken
Preparation
    Boil chicken and debone. Layer: crushed Doritos, chicken, onions, soups, Ro-Tel, broth and a few more chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
    Lay slices of Velveeta on top; put back in oven until cheese melts.
