Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ham, diced
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 large potatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Combine cheese, flour, milk, butter and parsley in 1-quart saucepan. Cook on low until cheese is melted. Stir often.
    Boil sliced potatoes 8 minutes.
    Put ham in large baking dish.
    Add potatoes.
    Pour cheese mixture over ham and potatoes.
    Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake, covered, with lid for 40 to 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
