Tuna Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 can tuna, drained and broken into chunks
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered
    3 Tbsp. chopped scallions
    6 pitted ripe olives, sliced
    1 c. prepared Italian dressing, divided
Preparation
    Prepare rice as directed on package. Cool.
    Toss rice, tuna, green beans, tomatoes, scallions, olives and 1/2 cup of the dressing.
    Refrigerate.
