*Meatballs With Onions Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground meat
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    2 eggs
    2 slices white bread, soaked in water and squeezed dry
    salt and pepper
    onion and garlic powder to taste
    1 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well and form into egg size meatballs.
    Roll in flour. May be fried or placed in casserole without frying.
