Spanish Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb ground meat (your choice)
    1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
    8 large pimento stuffed olives, sliced
    1 med onion, chopped to about 1/2 cup
    1/3 cup oatmeal
    1 egg
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
    Mix 1/3 cup tomato sauce with all remaining ingredients.
    Put in un-greased loaf pan.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
