Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cleaned
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In large frying pan over medium heat, saute chopped onion in oil until soft.
    In small bowl, combine ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and black pepper; add to pan with onion.
    Add chicken to pan.
    Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 25 to 35 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Remove chicken to serving platter. Dissolve cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water; add to pan with sauce.
    Bring sauce to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Pour sauce over chicken before serving.
