Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef and pork
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pt. milk
    8 eggs
    1/2 box cracker meal
    1 small chopped onion
    1 tsp. Accent
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 large can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 pt. water
Preparation
    Pour milk over cracker meal and let stand until dissolved. Season meat with salt, pepper, Accent and onion.
    Beat eggs and add to milk mixture.
    Pour all into meat and roll into small balls.
    Brown meat well on all sides.
    Mix mushroom soup, sour cream, water and mushrooms.
    Pour over browned balls (in large casserole or roaster).
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    (If gravy is a little thick, you may add more milk before serving.) Serves 25 people.
