Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed graham crackers
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. crushed nuts
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. almond
    1 c. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix graham crackers, sugar and margarine well and form into 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crushed nuts on top. Beat eggs and almond. Add sugar and cream cheese. Fold in sour cream until blended well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (preheated for 10 minutes).
