Fruitcake(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    11 oz. dried fruit
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. apple juice concentrate
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; blend in wet ingredients.
    Divide batter between 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans; cool completely.
