Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. mashed bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; stir in nuts.
Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring until batter is moistened.
Spoon into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
