Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. parsley
    18 medium to small carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 can consomme
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
    Cover; cook 25 minutes over medium heat.
    Uncover; cook 20 minutes over medium heat.
