Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    8 oz. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. chopped black walnuts
    2 c. sliced bananas
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    cream cheese icing
Preparation
    Mix well the oil, sugar, pineapple, flavoring, salt and eggs. Add bananas and nuts.
    Mix in flour gradually.
    Stir until smooth (do not beat).
    Grease 3 single pans and flour lightly.
    Add mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Use cream cheese icing.
