Skillet Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (15% fat)
1 (18 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. minced dried onion
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
7 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine first
7 ingredients, 3 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt.
Bring to boil.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes; stir often.
Add spaghetti; simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Stir often.
Serve with cheese.
Makes 7 servings.
