Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie crust
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white syrup
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1/3 c. coconut (optional)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy; gradually add sugar.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until center is firm.
    Cool and serve with ice cream or whipped topping, if desired.
