Polenta (Soft) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Fill pan 1/2 full of water.
    Let come to a full boil.
    In a bowl, add water to the cornmeal (small amount at a time).
    Mix, then add to boiling water.
    Cook 30 minutes, covered.
