Sausage Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. cooked, chopped spinach
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 lb. bulk sausage (uncooked)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except cheese (mixed well) in a greased casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
