Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 qt. chicken broth
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Prepare roux:
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in small saucepan; stir in flour.
    Cook over low heat 3 minutes.
    Stir constantly. Cool.
