School Teacher'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    16 Ritz crackers, crushed
    Cool Whip
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, add cream of tartar and beat until stiff; add sugar and vanilla.
    Fold in crackers and nuts.
    Pour into ungreased pan and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
