Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can cream-style corn
    chopped jalapeno pepper to taste
Preparation
    Grease muffin tins or an iron skillet. Mix all ingredients together well.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until done.
