Greek Style Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 oz.) can chickpeas, drained
1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
2 Tbsp. tahini paste
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
olive oil (about 1/4 c.)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pita bread triangles
cucumber slices
zucchini slices
Preparation

Combine ingredients, except bread, cucumber and zucchini, in food processor or blender on high until smooth.
Spoon into serving bowl.
Serve with bread and veggies.
Makes about 2 cups.
