Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. grated onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated American cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. crushed stuffing mix
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients and put into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with remaining 1/4 cup melted butter and crushed stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Either chunk or shredded hash browns can be used.
